ANNUAL FALL RUMMAGE SALE
Each fall, typically in October, The Mustard Seed Thrift Shop and Grace Episcopal Church come together to host our largest shopping event of the year—the Fall Rummage Sale. This much-anticipated event offers an opportunity for community members to donate larger household items and take part in a meaningful seasonal clean-out.
Donated items are gathered in the parish hall and offered at the sale, with proceeds supporting the mission and ministries of Grace Episcopal Church. The Fall Rummage Sale is a wonderful way to give gently used items new life while making a positive impact in our community.
Be sure to keep an eye out for upcoming dates and details for our next sale!

Christmas In July
Each year in mid-July, The Mustard Seed Thrift Shop hosts our annual Christmas in July event, a two-week celebration that many of our customers look forward to. This special event brings a festive and uplifting atmosphere to the shop, offering a refreshing touch of holiday cheer in the middle of the summer season.
Christmas in July has become a customer favorite, creating a joyful shopping experience while supporting our mission and the work we do within the community.

Santa's Open Shop For Sunday School Children
Each year, around the first week of December, The Mustard Seed Thrift Shop opens its doors following Sunday services for the children of Grace Episcopal Church’s Sunday School program. During this special event, children are invited to select up to five gifts for their family members, allowing them to experience the joy of giving during the Christmas season.
Once their selections are made, the children visit the “Elf Shop” just down the hall, where volunteers lovingly wrap and label each gift, preparing them to be placed under the tree at home. This meaningful tradition creates a memorable and joyful experience for the children while fostering generosity, thoughtfulness, and holiday spirit.
This event is made possible through the support of Grace Episcopal Church’s Discernment Group, which meets each Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Their generosity and dedication help provide the funding and support needed to make this cherished event possible for our children and families.
